AMPERE's vision was streamed at the IEEE ISORC 2020
AMPERE's vision was presented by Eduardo Quiñones (BSC) on Thursday 21 May 2020 at 10:45 (GMT-5) /17:45 (GMT+2) as an invited paper titled "The AMPERE Project: A Model-driven development framework for highly Parallel and EneRgy-Efficient computation supporting multi-criteria optimization" at IEEE ISORC 2020. The invited paper was part of session 5, which is titled "Architectures & Instrumentation."
As mentioned by Eduardo Quiñones during the presentation "The project aims to bridge the gap between the model-driven engineered methods and the pilot models used in the most advanced parallel architecture by providing a development framework for implementing cyber-physical systems targeted in parallel heterogeneous architectures. AMPERE provides an execution framework that is capable of exploiting the performance capabilities of parallel heterogeneous architectures fulfilling the non-functional requirements of the system."
In the virtual format of this event, presentations were streamed at the scheduled times using pre-recorded videos made by authors/presenters. All authors/presenters were available at the time of the talk so that they could answer in real-time questions from the audience after each presentation. All audiences could attend this virtual open-access event free of charge by only registering. All presentations are displayed after the event in the program page of IEEE ISORC 2020.
IEEE ISORC 2020 has continually evolved to meet the latest challenges faced by researchers and practitioners in the real-time domain, with an emphasis on object-, component- and service-oriented systems and solutions.
